Insert M64 sequence

Place your sequence file in sound/sequences/us (replace us with your version) and prefix the filename with a unique hex number (such as 23) or replace an existing tune.

Also add your sequence in sound/sequences.json and specify the sound bank to use in hex. Usually, the site where you downloaded the sequence file, should indicate which sound bank to use.
